1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is REKLINER Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Zabrze, ul. 2. Scope
This policy applies to the website available at rekliner.app (the "Website"). Data processing rules for applications and systems offered by the Controller separately (e.g. field-work management software) are set out in separate documents provided to users of those products.
3. What data we process and why
- Server logs and technical data — IP address, date and time of the request, URL, browser identifier. Processed to ensure the security and proper operation of the Website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest). This data is processed on our behalf by the Website's infrastructure provider.
- E-mail correspondence — if you write to our contact address, we process your e-mail address and the content of your message in order to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; where the correspondence aims at concluding a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The Website does not use tracking cookies, analytics or marketing tools and does not profile users.
4. Recipients of data
Data may only be disclosed to processors acting on the Controller's behalf: the hosting and network infrastructure provider of the Website and the e-mail service provider. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Retention
Technical logs are kept for the period necessary to ensure the security of the Website. Correspondence is kept for the time needed to handle the matter and for periods required by law or for the establishment of claims.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it or restrict its processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
